Saint Véran
The FERNAND THILL champagne grew closer to the Bourgogne by acquiring a well-known vintage "The Saint-Véran".
Located on the eastern sides of the Massif Central, the Saint-Véran label represents nearly one tenth of the vineyards from the Mâcon region.
It is produced by 6 villages over approximately 500 hectares of well exposed slopes : in the North, Davayé and Prissé (325 hectares), in the South, Chânes, Chasselas, Leynes and Saint-Véran (175 hectares).

Stylish and fleshy, gracious and floral white wine, the Saint-Véran vintage has a recognizable dress with golden tint and holds a place of choice in the great gastronomic tradition of Burgundy.
Young, it is appreciated for its white-fleshed fruit flavours, evolving progressively to the acacia flower, then the honeysuckle, to come closer, when aging, to dried fruits, honey and chalk.
All those characteristics that show the richness of the terroir.
